Anti-Wrinkle Treatment for Men

Softening the lines that make you look tired or severe, while keeping the movement that makes your face read as yours.

Anti-wrinkle treatment softens the lines created by repeated expression, without removing the movement that makes your face read as yours.

Injectable muscle-relaxing treatment reduces the strength of contraction in specific facial muscles. Over time, the lines those muscles etch into the skin soften. For men the goal is almost always to look less tired and less severe, not to look smooth.

Why dosing differs for men

Male facial muscles are larger and stronger than female equivalents, particularly in the forehead and glabellar complex. Standard female dosing frequently underperforms in men, producing a partial result that wears off quickly.

  • Higher unit requirements in the forehead and frown complex
  • Brow position managed carefully to avoid a lifted, arched appearance
  • Movement deliberately preserved so expression stays natural
  • Conservative first session with review at two weeks before topping up
The look we are avoidingA completely frozen forehead and a peaked, arched brow are the two treatments that read most obviously as work in men. Both come from over-treating. We would rather see you back at two weeks for a small addition than over-treat on day one.

Frequently asked questions

Will my face look frozen?

Not with appropriate dosing. We deliberately preserve movement and treat conservatively at the first session, reviewing at two weeks. A frozen forehead in a man is the clearest sign of over-treatment.

How long does it last?

Typically three to four months for facial areas. Masseter treatment for jaw clenching lasts longer, often four to six months, and hyperhidrosis treatment can last six to nine months.

Do men need more product than women?

Generally yes. Male facial muscles are larger and stronger, particularly in the forehead and between the brows, so unit requirements are usually higher.

Is there any downtime?

Essentially none. Small raised bumps at injection sites settle within an hour. You should avoid lying flat, heavy exercise and alcohol for the rest of the day.

When will I see the effect?

Onset begins around day three to five, with the full effect at two weeks. That is why we review at the two week point rather than judging it earlier.
