Treatment terms
- Treatment follows a face-to-face consultation and written treatment plan
- A cooling-off period applies between consultation and surgery
- Quoted prices are valid for the period stated on your written quote
- Deposit, cancellation and rescheduling terms are set out in your treatment agreement
- You must disclose all medications, medical conditions and previous procedures

If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, contact the clinic in the first instance. Our full complaints procedure is available on request and is provided to all patients as part of the consent process.
