Dermal fillers restore volume where age or genetics have taken it, using placement that reinforces masculine structure rather than softening it.

Hyaluronic acid fillers add volume beneath the skin. In men the objective is structural: supporting the midface, correcting hollowing under the eyes and restoring definition, without introducing the roundness that feminises a face.

Where fillers are used in men

• Under-eye hollowing that creates a permanently tired appearance
• Midface and cheek support, placed laterally to maintain angularity
• Temple hollowing, which can make the upper face look gaunt
• Nasolabial folds, treated conservatively to avoid a heavy look
• Nose reshaping for dorsal irregularities, non-surgically

Safety and reversibility

Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with an enzyme if the result is not what you wanted, or in the rare event of a complication. That reversibility is a significant safety advantage over permanent fillers, which we do not use.
